We are Chehalem Park and Recreation District

Before I started working full time as Events Marketing Coordinator for Chehalem Park and recreation (CPRD), I was their intern for the summer. My job? To quite literally roam around the District taking photos and videos of as many of our parks, programs, sports, and events as I possibly could. The reason? To then create a video promo that encapsulates what CPRD is all about. For me, though, I wanted to take it a step further and sit down to have a chat with the superintendent who has been at the helm of the district for over 30 years. I asked him about his time at park and rec, I gathered some of his philosophies, and we sort of, well, just had a chat about life. That conversation then became the foundation for this video, as you hear him speak in the background.
